The Role As a Residential Conveyancer , you will be responsible for: Managing a diverse caseload of sales, purchases, leases, re-mortgages, equity release, shared ownership, and transfer of equity . Providing excellent client care and ensuring smooth transaction progression. Contributing to business development and networking within the Exeter market. The Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will: Have at least two years of experience in residential conveyancing. Be confident in managing files independently. Have excellent organisational and communication skills . Be proactive, detail-oriented, and work well in a team.
