The Role
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will be responsible for:
- Managing a diverse caseload of sales, purchases, leases, re-mortgages, equity release, shared ownership, and transfer of equity.
- Providing excellent client care and ensuring smooth transaction progression.
- Contributing to business development and networking within the Exeter market.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will:
- Have at least two years of experience in residential conveyancing.
