Chelmsford City Centre / Head Office Role Department: Human Resources Basic Information Business Sector: Head Office Department: Human Resources Location: Head Office Reports to: Head of Human Resources Hourly Rate: £14.70 Working Hours: 22.5 hours (3 days – Mon,Tues,Wed) Core Purpose To provide essential administrative support to the HR department through accurate and timely management of the HR systems and ensuring that all recruitment documentation is processed correctly. Accountability & Impact The post-holder is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources function of the business and assisting in various HR related tasks. The primary focus will be on maintaining employee records, managing HR documents and files, co-ordinating HR processes and providing general HR support to colleagues. Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the post-holder will have responsibility for a range of administrative tasks. These will include but are not exhaustive: Employee Records Maintain employee records, including personal information, employee contracts and HR related documentation HR databases To update and manage HR databases and systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee information. HR Documents To monitor and maintain offer letters, contracts and termination letters. Onboarding Process To monitor the onboarding process in Eploy to ensure all employee details are accurate HR Processes To support HR processes in the trading division. Data Security To ensure data security in handling employee information Working with Others The role involves interacting with Society staff at all levels. The post-holder must be able to communicate confidently and clearly with staff at all levels. Skills & Knowledge Working knowledge of Microsoft applications. Organised and able to work to deadlines. Good numeracy and literacy skills.
