A private equity-backed organisation undergoing significant transformation is seeking a high-calibre Organisational Design Lead / Senior Manager to support its growth and structural evolution. This is a strategic opportunity to influence the future operating model of a dynamic, commercially driven business at a pivotal point in its journey.

This is a hybrid, London based role reporting into the Organisational Design Director. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders to shape and deliver organisation-wide design initiatives. The role will be responsible for:

  • Leading the design and implementation of scalable, future-fit structures
  • Conducting data-driven organisational diagnostics and effectiveness reviews
  • Facilitating design workshops and supporting enterprise transformation projects
  • Developing business cases with robust cost-benefit and workforce impact analysis
  • Ensuring alignment with Reward, Talent, and Workforce Planning functions

Candidates will have proven experience in organisational design or operating model transformation within complex, fast-paced environments—ideally including consulting or PE-backed settings. Key skills and attributes include:

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing ability at senior levels
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to translate complexity into actionable insight
  • Experience working across functions in a matrixed or project-based environment
  • Expertise in OD methodologies and tools (e.g. Orgvue)
