Your Role in Building the Future

You’ll be a key force in helping bring our ambitious vision for the open metaverse to life. As Producer in MSquared you will be responsible for managing the design and development of large or complex products, ensuring the delivery against its business goals with regards to acquisition, engagement, retention and monetisation. You will be an expert problem solver who continuously innovates and improves existing processes across the project and facilitates collaboration for the team members and external stakeholders.

• Translate creative vision and technical goals into structured product delivery plans
• Facilitate collaboration between engineering, creative, marketing, and partners
• Guide product development across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with business strategy
• Advocate for open standards, user ownership, and ethical technology practices
• Manage timelines, risk, and scope across distributed teams
• Keep us moving forward, focused, and accountable—with clarity and calmness

We’re Looking for Someone Who...

• Thrives in complexity and enjoys solving interdisciplinary problems
• Feels energized by fast-moving, creative environments
• Is curious about how virtual spaces can transform industries like fashion, music, and social media
• Is excited about building a more open, user-driven internet
• Has experience in production, product, or program management, ideally in tech, games, digital media, or creative industries
• Understands software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies, and is familiar with tools like Jira, Notion, Miro, and Figma
• Has a proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and juggle multiple priorities
• Works in an inclusive, collaborative way with excellent communication skills
• Has a healthy interest in AI, Blockchain, Web3, or decentralized systems (skeptical optimists welcome)
• Have experience with open-source communities or protocols
• Speak the language of artists and engineers
• Have worked on live experiences, events, or user-generated platforms
