Rate of Pay: £12.60 per hour (KA Leisure provides workers with a minimum hourly rate of £12.60 per hour under the Living wage initiative. Terms and conditions apply)

Hours: As and when required

Location: Auchenharvie Leisure Centre, Stevenston, KA20 3JR

Job Purpose:

  • Present a friendly, helpful and welcoming environment to all customers
  • Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary
  • Maintain excellent communications with customers, either face to face, by telephone or in writing
  • Accurately process and record all income received from customers
  • Undertake reception duties including admissions, membership sales, bookings and general enquiries.

You Must:

  • Be computer literate and ideally familiar with Legend CRM booking system
  • Have good customer service skills
