We are recruiting a Facilities Coordinator to join the team located in Newcastle. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing the operational delivery of all Facility Management services.

Key Tasks

  • Primary focus on delivery of all FM Operations SLA’s in accordance with KPI & Output measurements.
  • Coordinate with FM Operations and Critical Service teams to deliver service level agreements.
  • Support/Monitor 3rd party maintenance supplier activities.
  • Comply with HSE requirements as outlined within the SLA and as instructed by the company policy.
  • Ensure all contractors operate within appropriate SHE processes and client HSE standards.
  • Monitor and maintain stationery levels, post-room activity, and office facilities such as printers and AV equipment.
  • Coordinate site waste and recycling arrangements.
  • Carry out statutory fire testing and associated checks.
  • Coordinate with Security and report faults on access entry systems where necessary.
  • Raise Purchase Orders for goods or services as required.
  • Approve invoices, goods received notes, and statements for payment purposes.
  • Provide and arrange cover for the FM team as defined by line management.

  • Knowledge and awareness of the facilities management industry.
  • Strong PC skills, MS Office.

  • Ensure all FM services are delivered confidently and efficiently.
