Interim M&A / Strategy Lead UK £1200 6 months JS567786 Finatal is working with an industry-leading large cap PE backed business services asset who are looking to take on an experienced M&A / Strategy Lead. Ideally you’ll come from a strategy consulting background but also have experience in industry driving M&A from origination through to integration for PE-backed buy and builds. One of your first tasks will be to work with senior management to redefine the strategic plan of the business and then look at executing on strategic add-ons whilst also identifying synergies. You will also have scope to build out a function below you whilst also being able to leverage external consultants. Ideally you’ll have a track record in Strategy consulting M&A origination, execution and integration PE-backed buy and builds Business services assets
