Job Title: Plant Manager Location: Ashford, Surrey Salary: £60,000 – £90,000 DOE The Role We are seeking an experience Plant Manager ideally with experience working for construction companies but will consider experience hire desk candidates too. As the successful Plant Manager you’ll be tasked with streamlining and modernising the department. This position is 5 days per week in the office. The Company This company is a growing civils and groundworks company who employ circa 600 people and operate across the home counties on large scale projects. With continued growth they are looking for a Plant Manager and Plant Coordinator to join the team. The role will require * Ensure compliance with health and safety * Day-to-day management of the department * Manager more junior members of the department * Build strong relationships with external plant hire companies * Develop and streamline internal processes * Budget management * Produce reports * Manage maintenance and inspection plans Desired Skills & Qualifications * Experience as a Plant Manager * Ideally experience working for a groundworks or civils constructor * Experience managing own plant and hire plant Salary & Benefits * Up to £90,000 DOE * Car allowance Keen to hear about other opportunities like this?
