As a Senior Staff Nurse at our hospital, you’re registered with the appropriate governing body and you hold the relevant qualifications and experience, including NMC. As well as post-registration experience, you bring knowledge of mentoring and multi-specialty surgical procedures. Ideally, you hold qualifications in teaching and assessment, and management. As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will: Lead by example and be an ambassador for the Nuffield Health way of caring for our patients Use your excellent clinical skills and empathetic approach to meet each patient’s needs Enjoy autonomy to make decisions that ensure excellent patient care is met As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will need : Have experience in Pre operative assessment ( preferably with pre assessment course ) Able to work autonomously Be proficient in phlebotomy . Fully assess each patient’s needs, providing tailored assessment , plans and care Collaborate with the Multidisciplinary Team (MDT Team) Helping you feel good.
