About the Role

We’re looking for a target-driven SDR with a strong entrepreneurial mindset to help us build our top-of-funnel sales pipeline. In this role, you will identify and connect with finance teams at businesses globally, engaging them in conversations about their current cross-border payment challenges — and booking qualified meetings for senior team members.

This is a unique opportunity to join a company at an early stage and grow into a Sales Associate or Account Executive role over time. You will work closely with senior management and help shape our outbound sales activities from day one.

What You’ll Do

  • Proactively reach out to prospects via cold calls, LinkedIn, and email.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined ICP criteria
  • Book high-quality meetings for the senior team
  • Manage and update outreach workflows using HubSpot
  • Collaborate with colleagues to refine messaging and outreach strategy
  • Track performance metrics (e.g. meetings booked, conversion rates) and continuously improve

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong communication skills and fluent English
  • A highly driven, proactive, and target-oriented mindset
  • A natural curiosity about how businesses operate — especially in finance departments
  • Self-motivation and comfort working independently in a remote setting
  • Experience with outbound outreach and CRM tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn)
  • Ability to communicate with decision-makers at all levels
  • Thrives in a self-driven environment, including cold calling prospects
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role

Nice To Haves

  • Fluency in languages other than English (the more, the merrier)
  • Experience working in a start-up environment
