Role: Mainframe (DB2/CICS) Administrator/ProgrammerLocation: London, UK(Hybrid)Project Type: ContractHave Experience of installing and/or customizing mainframe CICS software in Large Data sharing environments.Have Experience with CICS plex and CICS Explorer to manage CICS systemsinstalling and/or customizing software products Mainframe DB2 and/or data replication product suiteEstablishment of policies and procedures pertaining to database management, Disaster recovery, security, maintenance and utilizationAnalyzing new versions of DB2 for functionality that can improve systems performance and reduce costPerform performance data collection, analysis, and tuning of DB2 systemsExecutes project and internal initiative responsibilities as assigned or delegatedParticipate in incident and problem management activities related to application and DB2Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis to prevent reoccurrenceProvide 24×7 on-call support
