This role is key in ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of export documents for international shipments, helping to maintain compliance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate export shipping documents in line with customer and regulatory requirements
  • Manage Letters of Credit, Bills of Lading and other international payment documentation
  • Liaise with banks, customers, and logistics partners to resolve documentation queries
  • Coordinate pre-shipment inspections and ensure certification is in place
  • Maintain shipment records and support internal reporting

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in export documentation or international shipping
  • Understanding of Letters of Credit, Incoterms, and trade compliance
  • Familiar with marine insurance and trade credit policies
  • Confident using MS Office and online platforms
