As an experienced Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life by supporting them with their day-to-day activities, providing children and young people with a caring nature, managing behaviours, developing their self-esteem, and ensuring their safety is paramount.

Role:

  • Supporting with day-to-day activities in the service, including cooking, cleaning, and school runs
  • Taking children and young people out on visits in the wider community
  • Communicating effectively with service users to ensure their needs are being met
  • Supporting with personal care where required and promoting independence
  • Following Risk Assessments and Management Procedures
