Title And Summary Senior Analyst, Total Rewards, Benefits & Wellbeing Job Title Senior analyst, Total Rewards – Benefits & Wellbeing Location Waterloo, London, Paris, Amsterdam Job Summary/Key Responsibilities Work with Europe Benefits Design lead to design and deliver best-in-class benefits offerings and ensure statutory compliance across Europe. Support in designing employee benefit and wellbeing programs across Europe. Stay informed on regulatory and compliance changes, providing recommendations to ensure compliance. Support EU Pay Transparency benefit reporting requirements. Review market trends and make recommendations based on market intelligence. Guide stakeholders on local benefit plans, perks, and allowances. Design benefit and wellbeing communications and presentations. Partner with Total Rewards Partners and Delivery team for smooth project implementation. Support in selecting and evaluating benefit vendors and partners. Collaborate on projects with TRPs and delivery teams. Support Benefits Design roadmap development. Develop reports and analyze the performance of benefit programs. Create benefit templates for handoff to Benefits Delivery team. Qualifications/Experience/Skills Experience in benefits programs for European markets is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to interpret legal documents and regulatory requirements. Experience analyzing market benefit programs and practices. Support daily benefit programs and track progress. Deliver accurate, high-quality reports on benefits metrics. Knowledge of market and internal best practices. Experience in a global organization. Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
