Working as part of the Creative Team with Marketing, the Content Creators produce unique and engaging still and on-model photography and videography for small to mid-scale projects that align with END.’s visual identity and values across the homepage, in store and all marketing channels. Content Creators are required to own small to mid scale photographic shoots and videography such as homepage and social assets, events and features coverage. In addition to assisting the Photography and Videography Managers and Creative Photographers on top tier projects, assets created are designed to appeal to a target customer profile and meet the requirements of the brand or business brief. Output is ultimately targeted to drive more sales or customer engagements through innovative assets in keeping with the END. identity.
The Creative team is part of the Marketing department and responsible for the concepting and delivery of high-quality, in-house creative content across multiple projects and platforms to ensure a best in class retail experience. The assets created by the Creative team will be used on all digital platforms, social channels and in store.
What you’ll be doing:
- Content Creators are required to own small to mid scale photographic shoots and videography such as homepage and social assets, events and features coverage - to align with and drive forward END.’s visual identity and brand.
- Creating unique and engaging still life and fashion photography to represent END. and drive sales with a customer-first approach.
- Contributing towards END’s “Always On” approach to social media platforms such as Tiktok and Instagram.
- Ability to work across multiple set types, with multiple models and/or talent and spanning different product ranges.
- Participate in concepting and planning of shoots with Creative team and relevant stakeholders.
- Full photography process – idea creation, photography, post-production.
- Produce engaging social media coverage at END. and brand events/activations.
- Creating assets inline with END’s brand identity.
- Follow a defined digital workflow from concept right through to delivery of imagery, ensuring assets are delivered within the agreed deadline and budgets.
- Liaising with the Creative Production team regarding plans, progress and status.
- Provide kit lists to the Photo/ Video Managers and Creative Photographers in a timely manner to ensure all kit required is available when needed.
- Able to prepare sets and check photographic equipment is in good working order.
- Safety and upkeep of ecommerce photographic areas.
- Ensuring personal quality standards and continuous improvement to drive an exceptional customer retail experience.
- Maintaining the standard in quality of output.
- Ensuring images are of the correct format, file size, cropped, named/labeled and output appropriately for a seamless handover of assets to relevant stakeholders.
- Shooting imagery with suitable consideration for minimizing Retouch time.
- Excellent awareness and understanding of product care, preventing damage and ensuring product is returned in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Outstanding time keeping and ability to meet deadlines.
What you’ll be able to demonstrate:
- 1+ Year of relevant photography experience.
- Portfolio of on and off-model photography to a high commercial standard.
- Video skills preferable but not essential.
- A good awareness of social media platforms and their functionalities.
- Competent at using various photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting gear, and accessories.
- A fundamental understanding of photography principles, including composition, lighting, exposure, and camera operation.
- Good knowledge of Capture one, and Adobe software.
- Good studio and location lighting skills.
- Experience in an in house commercial studio environment.
