The Booking

Join this digital agency and work on a global sports fashion brand account, starting in December/January on a 3-month fixed-term contract.

This role focuses on developing campaign narratives and aligning content, CRM, and performance marketing strategies with the customer journey, working directly with teams across creative services, CRM, and D2C and design. You\’ll validate concepts and test campaign performance and support in developing governance frameworks for consistent campaign delivery.

Leading the creation of strategic playbooks and campaign guidelines for digital execution and helping to define and activate storytelling models across key digital touchpoints, you\’ll play a pivotal role in bridging brand and conversion, shaping frameworks that help this brand move from product-led to consumer-led storytelling.

This one has the opportunity to be temp-to-perm if that\’s something you\’d be interested in, and we\’re looking for people Manchester-based who are willing to work remotely.

What We’re Looking For

A Freelance Strategist with a solid background working on successful strategy projects within digital, eCommerce, or creative environments, turning insights into creative briefs and performance-driven campaign strategies.

Confident in your ability to define and document customer journey frameworks across CRM, performance, and campaign activity, you\’re someone who knows exactly how to translate audience insights into actionable creative and messaging strategies.

We\’re looking for a strong understanding of consumer journeys, lifecycle marketing, and CRM ecosystems, excellent communication and storytelling skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to work collaboratively within global, matrixed organisations.
