We are looking for a Business Change Partner to join the Business Improvement team. As a Business Change Partner, you will collaborate with various teams and service areas across the Group to build upon and enhance organizational capabilities, supporting our ‘digital first’ agenda.

Requirements
- Working closely with stakeholders to deliver business change that meets customer expectations and strategic goals.
- Managing change initiatives to improve customer and colleague experiences, support performance, and increase efficiency.
- Leading projects within agile methodologies, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Facilitating progress meetings, removing roadblocks, and coordinating strategic projects and reviews.
- Collaborating with internal teams to test innovations aligned with our Transformation Strategy.
- Delivering strategic projects through development, implementation, and transition into business as usual, using agile project management.
Candidate Profile
- Valid driving license and access to a car for site visits.
- Experience in project management and methodologies.
- Experience in service reviews, performance improvement, and customer satisfaction.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work innovatively.
- Ability to motivate teams during change and support high performance.
- Experience delivering projects using agile and sprint-based approaches.
- Understanding of change impacts on services and the use of technology for digital transformation.
