We are looking for a Business Change Partner to join the Business Improvement team. As a Business Change Partner , you will collaborate with various teams and service areas across the Group to build upon and enhance organizational capabilities, supporting our ‘digital first’ agenda. Requirements Working closely with stakeholders to deliver business change that meets customer expectations and strategic goals. Managing change initiatives to improve customer and colleague experiences, support performance, and increase efficiency. Leading projects within agile methodologies, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Facilitating progress meetings, removing roadblocks, and coordinating strategic projects and reviews. Collaborating with internal teams to test innovations aligned with our Transformation Strategy. Delivering strategic projects through development, implementation, and transition into business as usual, using agile project management. Candidate Profile Valid driving license and access to a car for site visits. Experience in project management and methodologies. Experience in service reviews, performance improvement, and customer satisfaction. Problem-solving skills and ability to work innovatively. Ability to motivate teams during change and support high performance. Experience delivering projects using agile and sprint-based approaches.
