We have a vacancy for a Higher Executive Officer in the Directors Support Office We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our Director Support Office (DSO). In this pivotal role, you will ensure the efficient functioning and support of our Directors and Senior Colleagues. You will oversee a dedicated team of three, providing comprehensive support across various functions. We’re looking for you to have: • Leading, managing and developing team • Scheduling and organising the work of others including those of senior management team • Producing high quality written material • Working in a busy, fast paced environment on a wide range of work frequently delivering against tight deadlines • Ability to multitask and continually reprioritise completing tasks whilst remaining calm and flexible • Building effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders • Drafting meeting agendas and taking and compiling minutes and action notes for wider distribution • Background as a senior personal assistant or in an equivalent role • it is essential you have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 packages (Teams, Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
