  • Regulatory Affairs: international product registration and regulatory compliance across markets including India, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong. Produce documentation to ensure prompt import registrations with global markets; handle cosmetic notification and compliance in relation to UK and EU. Respond to regulatory requests and compliance audits from global suppliers. Attend trade body webinars to maintain up-to-date knowledge of cosmetic regulations.
  • Product Set-Up and Maintenance: ensure product artwork (INCI, directions, hazard statements etc.) and any translations are correct and that product data required by the business on each product line is available. Liaise with sales/marketing to ensure a prompt launch of new lines and product changes.
  • Packaging: report packaging waste generated by the company in relation to UK and EU Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) regulations, and supplier packaging waste requests. Respond to internal team inquiries regarding claim compliance and advertising compliance. Submit claim evidence to suppliers and international regulatory authorities.
  • Supply Chain: work with the Operations Director to negotiate and finalise production planning, costings and materials stocks with the third-party manufacturers.
