Are you a product-obsessed buyer who lives and breathes running and sports? We're partnering with one of the most exciting new brands in the performance lifestyle space - and they're looking for a sharp, commercially-minded Buyer to help shape their next chapter.

Design-led, purpose-driven, and rooted in culture - they’re scaling rapidly, and the product journey is just getting started.

The Role:

This is not your average buying role. You'll take full ownership of product curation across footwear, apparel, and gear, bringing in both established performance names and emerging innovators. You'll be deeply involved in trading the range, monitoring sales, stock flow, and margin and reacting quickly to performance.

There’s also the chance to help shape their own label roadmap, providing insight into gaps and opportunities based on community feedback, trends, and commercial data. Working across ecommerce, marketing, and store teams, you’ll make sure the product not only looks good, but performs commercially and culturally.

Responsibilities:

  • Curate and build seasonal ranges with a sharp eye for innovation, relevance, and quality
  • Analyse sales performance weekly and take action — from top-ups and markdowns to range edits
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and attend brand previews, trade shows, and sell-ins
  • Track stock flow and intake, ensuring smooth deliveries and accurate allocations
  • Contribute insight into own-label development based on market and customer knowledge
  • Help shape assortment strategy that drives margin, growth, and customer loyalty
  • Align with ecommerce, retail, and content teams to ensure launches and product storytelling hit the mark

You:

  • Proven experience in buying or merchandising (ideally within apparel, footwear, or performance lifestyle retail)
  • A passionate runner - someone who genuinely understands what runners need and love or a deep cultural awareness of running, sport, or streetwear - with a finger on the pulse of what’s next
  • Strong commercial instincts and confident working with WSSI, OTB, and trade analytics
  • Natural communicator, confident in brand meetings, and great at building relationships
  • Agile, organised, and excited by the pace of a fast-moving, purpose-led business
  • A team player who can balance creative instinct with strategic decision-making

This is your chance to step into a career-defining opportunity - helping to build a product ecosystem that connects with real communities and drives meaningful growth. If you’re passionate about performance, gear, and shaping the future of retail in an authentic way, this one’s for you.
