Are you a detail-oriented customer service professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re working with a fantastic company in the distribution & logistics sector that’s looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team.
This role is perfect for someone who loves structure, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering smooth customer experiences. You'll be the key point of contact for B2B customers—managing orders, coordinating deliveries, and handling customer queries with accuracy and care.
✨ What You’ll Be Doing:
- Processing customer orders accurately using internal systems
- Communicating with 3PL partners to ensure timely deliveries
- Raising invoices and managing delivery documentation
- Tracking stock and receipting incoming goods
- Handling queries via phone, email, and live chat
- Managing customer complaints and providing solutions
- Supporting the wider operations team during peak periods
- Carrying out general administrative tasks to keep processes running smoothly
🔍 What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in admin, operations, or customer service
- Confident communicator with a professional and friendly manner
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Familiarity with systems such as MS Office and ERP/order platforms
- Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working in a busy office environment
