Role Description: This is a contract and remote role for a Paid Advertising Specialist at PDM, specifically focused on Google advertising. The specialist will develop, implement, and manage strategic campaigns to increase website traffic, engage customers, and drive conversions. Responsibilities include conducting research, monitoring campaigns, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize results. Key Responsibilities: Assist with onboarding new clients Implement client advertising campaigns Monitor and optimize campaign performance Communicate regularly with team members and clients Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience in paid advertising, specifically Google Ads, SEM, PPC, or digital marketing Proven success managing large-scale and complex advertising campaigns Experience with successful Google Ads accounts Knowledge of Google Analytics, Shopify analytics, and data analysis (preferred) Ability to navigate Google Merchant Center (training available if needed) Strong teamwork and independent working skills Additional Information: We aim to build long-term relationships with our team members.
