About the role We are looking for a SQL Data Analyst to join our growing Data team to be responsible for leveraging SQL to extract, analyse and transform data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. This is an exciting opportunity to work with large, complex datasets, write advanced SQL queries, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to unlock the full value of data. Key responsibilities include: Write and optimise complex SQL queries to analyse and manipulate large datasets Work with relational databases and data warehouses to manipulate and model structured data Develop dashboards, reports and visualisations using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) to communicate insights to stakeholders Perform data validation, ensuring accuracy and consistency across reports Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities in business data that drive strategic decisions Maintain the data warehouse and integration layer, proactively resolving issues Work with CIO to scope and deliver high impact, data projects Ensure and promote best practices in data management, data integrity, and security. Support the optimisation and maintenance of data workflows and pipelines. We are looking for: 2–5 years of hands-on SQL experience, including advanced queries, joins, and subqueries across large datasets Proficient in data wrangling using both SQL and Excel Strong understanding of relational databases and database management principles Familiarity with modern data warehouse platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery) Experience or exposure to ETL processes and data integration tools is a strong plus Skilled in using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker to visualize and communicate data insights In addition to a competitive salary, our benefits package is second to none.
