A great opportunity to become Faculty Manager with a collaborative and dynamic team delivering construction trade training at a unique education facility in Chatham, Kent. Role Overview: The Faculty Manager will play a crucial role in managing the faculty, supporting the Divisional Manager in developing the curriculum and services. Faculty Manager Responsibilities: Leadership & Management: Line manage Programme Area Leaders (PALs) and Trainers. Curriculum Development: Assist in developing Military Trade Training and Civilian qualifications. Quality Assurance: Ensure target pass rates and high satisfaction survey results. Team Collaboration: Promote collaboration across MKC Training. Communication: Effectively communicate within the Faculty and across MKC Training. Continuous Improvement: Commit to excellence through quality systems and ongoing improvement. Additional Experience: Relevant Professional Qualification/Membership Management Qualification Understanding of Health & Safety legislation Experience in course development and improvement Staff management experience Knowledge of quality assurance and improvement Proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to promote safeguarding and welfare of children & young people Desirable Qualifications: Degree Level qualification Teaching Qualification Management Qualification SET Membership Proficiency in e-learning tools Experienced teacher/trainer Experience in mentoring/coaching new staff Additional Information: Full Job Description available upon request.
