This role is ideal for an IT professional who enjoys hands-on work, troubleshooting, and maintaining smooth tech operations in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Provide daily IT support to office staff (desktops, laptops, mobile devices, Wi-Fi, printers, AV equipment) Set up and configure Windows and Mac devices Troubleshoot and maintain office networks and hardware Act as the first point of escalation for technical issues Support small tech projects and office fit-outs/upgrades Collaborate with wider technology teams across Europe Qualifications 3+ years’ experience in a similar IT support / TechOps role Proficiency supporting Windows 10, Mac OS, and iOS devices Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, networks, and AV setups Certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco, or equivalent (e.g., MCSA, CCNA) are a plus Basic networking knowledge (Wi-Fi, patch panels, cabling) Excellent communication skills — able to explain technical issues clearly Organized, proactive, and team-oriented Familiarity with project management principles and ITIL practices Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira (bonus) What We Offer On-site role in a central Southampton location Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunities to participate in tech projects and upgrades Additional Information Seniority level: Associate Employment type: Contract Job function: Information Technology Industries: Technology, Information and Media Referrals can increase your chances of interviewing at R3vamp by 2x.
