Job Title: Project Manager or Construction Project Manager. Salary: £50,000 and £70,000 per annum +Package Project: 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments Permanent full time. We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading residential developer in the Bath, Avon. In this full-time role, you will oversee a new residential project from start to finish, managing the team, schedule, and budget. The project consists of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments. Responsibilities include: Managing all aspects of the project, including scope, budget, and schedule. Leading and motivating the project team on-site. Ensuring high-quality construction and strict adherence to health and safety standards. Communicating with all stakeholders, from senior management to suppliers.Requirements: Proven project management experience in residential construction.
