Join us to provide exceptional support and ensure payroll and benefits! We are looking for an experienced Payroll & Benefits Analyst to join our team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to internal stakeholders and colleagues by administering benefit schemes membership and contributions. This includes dealing with internal queries and providing reporting to relevant stakeholders. You will also own and execute yearly benefit-related events, particularly P11d, as well as monthly compliance activities such as National Minimum Wage checks and Auto Enrolment.

What You’ll Do Day To Day

  • Reporting and balance analysis for SAYE and YBS
  • Ownership and delivery of P11d processes
  • Health scheme analysis and invoicing
  • Administer pension opt-outs and changes, producing relevant reports
  • Casual holiday payment reporting and analysis
  • Manage approvals and deductions for Cycle to Work and Child Care Vouchers
  • Legacy overtime rate analysis and administration
  • Manage pension processing and life assurance setup
