Initially remote, this role has the potential to evolve into a hybrid working arrangement, with some in-office collaboration in Hertfordshire . About the Role You’ll be working on a variety of exciting client projects across branding, digital, and print. The ideal candidate will be comfortable taking direction but also confident in contributing ideas and showing initiative. Initially project-based, this freelance position has the potential to develop into a long-term working relationship with more consistent work for the right person. What You’ll Need Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign ) Solid understanding of branding design principles and identity development Experience working with brand guidelines and preparing print-ready artwork Strong eye for detail, layout, and typography Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Excellent communication and time management skills Flexibility in working hours and availability to respond to project needs A portfolio that demonstrates creative thinking, technical skill, and versatility Bonus Skills (Nice to Have) Familiarity with web tools such as Wix and Figma Basic video editing skills in Premiere Pro Additional Information You must be based in or around Hertfordshire , or within a realistic commuting distance for future in-office work.
