SALARY: National Minimum Wage or National Living Wage
HOURS: 08:45-17:15, Monday to Friday

ROLE: We have a fabulous opportunity for a confident and capable individual to work alongside our departmental manager to support the dynamic Conveyancing Team. This exciting, fast-paced role is suited to someone with excellent interpersonal, time management, and organisational skills, and is a great opportunity for those looking to start within the legal sector. The role will include but is not limited to:
- Liaising with various stakeholders of the Firm, including clients, banks, building societies, and estate agents.
- Taking instructions from clients, sending quotes, and following up.
- Providing general administrative support.
- Maintaining the highest level of confidentiality regarding sensitive and legal matters.
- Assisting with document preparation, photocopying, scanning, and document distribution.
All applicants should have Maths and English GCSEs at grade A-C or levels 4-9. No previous experience is necessary for this role as full training will be provided but a positive attitude and a proactive, strong work ethic is essential.
ABOUT YOU: The ideal candidate will have:
- An interest in conveyancing and/or experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High degree of IT literacy
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Confidence in communicating at different levels
- Experience within a sales environment
