Senior Property Recruiter – Property Sales & New Home Sales Specialist A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a motivated and driven New Homes Sales professional with strong property sales experience to join the team of a high-end developer selling exquisite homes. This is a client-facing on-site role working 5 days including weekends on a rota basis. Salary: 45K PA including commission Responsibilities include: Following up enquiries from prospective buyers Assisting with marketing of properties Meeting clients and discussing interior options Liaising with property agents Chasing up queries to meet deadlines Handling sales progression issues such as conveyancing and financial qualifying of applicants Minimum requirements: Recent UK property sales experience and knowledge of UK legislation Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Immaculate personal presentation Experience in New Homes Sales Progression or a strong desire to move into sales Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. #J-18808-Ljbffr
