The Trafford & Stockport College Group (TSCG) has an opportunity for a Trainer Assessor to join the Academic Studies team to help us achieve our vision of unlocking potential and fostering success.

This is a brilliant opportunity to join our expanding Professional studies department. To meet the local skills improvement plan within Greater Manchester, we have diversified our leadership and coaching programmes to deliver a wide range of courses for managers and leaders. You will be responsible for the delivery and assessment of level 2 to level 7 leadership and coaching programmes. You will join a high-performing team and a department with a large portfolio of employers from various sectors.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • A Level 5 or above qualification in Management and Coaching (or equivalent)
  • A relevant Assessor/Verifier qualification is a plus; if not in place, we will support with relevant training
  • A teaching qualification is a plus; if not in place, we will support with relevant training
  • Strong experience in delivering management and leadership programmes
  • Strong communication skills
  • Flexibility with working hours/days and willingness to travel to different campuses

Employees are normally appointed to the minimum point of the pay grade, but higher points may be considered at the discretion of the HR Director based on experience or qualifications.
