The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

Supporting the Learning and Talent team with programme management including design, planning, administration and execution of Learning and Talent activities. This role requires a dynamic individual skilled in program management, stakeholder engagement, online curriculum design, and process improvement, with a passion for fostering employee development. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple L&T initiatives simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the strategic objectives of the business.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage learning and talent programmes including the creation of materials, delegate invitations, delegate support, pre and post event questionnaires and booking venues.
  • Design visually appealing and interactive digital learning materials, including videos, simulations, assessments, and animations, utilizing authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Synthesia, Learnupon, etc.
  • Perform thorough testing of eLearning modules to ensure they meet technical, usability, and accessibility standards.
  • Deliver training sessions or short courses, engaging, advising, and guiding learners and evaluating the achievement of intended learning outcomes.
  • Deliver analyses of learning and talent data; identify trends and contribute to the creation of Learning and Talent insights that support the diagnosis of learning needs and/or improvement of individual performance.
  • Support the identification of learning needs by analyzing performance and competence data to identify gaps in relation to required levels; recommend priorities for learning and development (L&D) interventions.
  • Collate and summarise learning evaluations to support the L&T team with continuous improvement.
