Position: Business Analyst

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to support our client\’s data and analytics initiatives. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in mapping data flows, understanding data origins, and identifying use cases to enhance the organization\’s data strategy and operating model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct data landscape assessments and map data flows between systems.
• Lead workshops to discover and define specific use cases.
• Develop use cases into EPIC-level requirements for development teams.
• Collaborate with the Business Architect to design the operating model, focusing on people, processes, and organization.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
• Support the integration of data and AI strategies into the operating model.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in data-centric roles.
• Strong understanding of data management and analytics.
• Experience in leading workshops and gathering requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.
