An opportunity is now open for a Senior Surveyor or Associate Valuation Surveyor to join our thriving, growing and collaborative National Valuation Team covering the South and South Coast. This position has opened due to the number of client instructions we have received in the last few months.
Location: South and South Coast, covering areas such as but not limited to Wimborne, Bournemouth, Portsmouth, Worthing and Brighton. You will have access to our Wimborne or Guildford hub and team.
Work Type: Hybrid working, Permanent, Full-Time. We’re happy to consider flexible working approaches for this role.
Team: National Valuation Team, Red-Book Valuations.
Salary: Competitive Salary + Car Allowance + Bonus + Employee Benefits Package.

About the role: You will have a key role in delivering Red Book-compliant valuations for loan security, commercial, residential, bank & investment and development land. We have a diverse portfolio of commercial property and development land, giving you the variety and scope to keep your work engaging and high-impact. You will have the opportunity to contribute to larger portfolio valuations and benefit from the shared knowledge of specialists across the UK.
To be successful you must have the following:
- MRICS/FRICS qualified and RICS Registered Valuer status essential.
- 2 years PQE valuation experience or those approaching Registered Valuer status will be considered.
- Experience in secured-loan valuation, commercial valuation within consultancy, bank/investment market, with some experience of valuing mixed use properties (i.e includes some residential).
- Full Driving licence and access to a car.
