This is a great opportunity assessing trainer delivery ability and systems in accordance with the relevant standards. Location: High Wycombe – hybrid working available Job type: Permanent Working Hours: 9am – 5.30pm Benefits: 21 days holiday + bank holidays, birthday day off, life assurance, pension, study certifications As the Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for: Assess trainers against the criteria for the companies requirements. Submit assessment reports. Conduct surveillance and reassessment for organisations. Identify any process improvements and propose these to the head of accreditation. The successful Compliance Officer will have the following related skills / experience: Previous experience in an auditing or quality background / organisation. Intermediate Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills. Excellent attention to detail.
