Consilium Recruit are supporting a globally respected developer of specialist manufacturing equipment supplied across a range of sectors. They are seeking a CRM Specialist with strong migration and implementation experience to support business growth.
The Role: The CRM Specialist will oversee the transition and manage the delivery of a new CRM system for the business. Using your skill base on CRM tools such as MS Dynamics 365 and Salesforce, you will ensure the smooth and successful implementation of the Salesforce system into the business, working collaboratively with the 3rd party technical implementation specialist. You will participate in all areas of the implementation namely consulting with Sales, Marketing and Service teams to ensure effective delivery and training. This includes planning, testing, analysis, design and build of the system. The CRM Specialist will collaborate with stakeholders across the business on an international basis with some travel required and provide 1st and 2nd line technical support across the various modules. You will manage the configuration and maintenance of the system and develop and deliver the appropriate training milestones and content to ensure proficiency within the business.
The Person: The ideal candidate for the role of CRM Specialist will be educated to degree or equivalent level and have proven experience and proficiency in CRM implementation and delivery. You will ideally have strong capability in both MS Dynamics 365 and Salesforce systems and have proven examples of successfully implementing and configuring the system for a thriving business seeking to harness the CRM’s full capacity. Previous experience with applications such as PowerQuery, PowerBI and Excel are highly desirable for the role. This role calls for excellent communication skills both written and spoken and the ability to navigate and deliver a new CRM to diverse range of stakeholders across a business. Some international travel will be required for the role.
