We are recruiting for an Operations Team Assistant for a successful sustainable energy network based in central London.

Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative and operational support to the team, ensuring processes run efficiently.
- Assisting with scheduling, diary management and travel arrangements.
- Supporting HR, finance and office management tasks as needed.
- Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Handling general enquiries and acting as a key point of contact within the business.
- Supporting sustainability initiatives and company projects.
- Maintaining documentation and ensuring compliance with internal policies.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in an administrative, operations, or team support role.
- Experience in the Energy sector is strongly desired.
- Very good organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-moving environment.
- Passion for sustainability and an interest in the renewable energy sector.
- Excellent in Microsoft Office.
Salary paying up to £45,000 DOE with hybrid working options available.
