About the Role: As Product Manager for the Denza Brand, you will spearhead the localization of our premium product portfolio in the UK market. Working closely with cross-functional teams across Europe and China, including product, sales, marketing, and R&D, you will provide strategic insights on market trends, regulatory changes, competitive landscape, and stakeholder expectations. You will also lead product localization initiatives to ensure successful market entry and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead product localization initiatives in the UK market by identifying market requirements and uncovering consumer insights to drive the development of market-aligned products.
  • Orchestrate product requirements from diverse stakeholders, including user groups, dealers, and regulatory bodies, collaborating with cross-functional teams (R&D, Sales, Business Planning, and Marketing) to translate requirements into actionable product implementations aligned with our strategy.
  • Design and execute local product campaigns, including test-drive events and customer clinics, to refine our value proposition and enhance brand awareness and product interest.
  • Deliver comprehensive insights through consumer analysis and competitive benchmarking to inform product marketing strategies.
  • Support local validation activities during the early (pre-) launch phases of new passenger car models in the UK, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and business objectives.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainable Transition, Automotive Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in product management or related industry; project management expertise is advantageous.
  • Superior data analytics capabilities with proven ability to extract and communicate critical insights.
  • Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across technical teams and disciplines.
