The Group Preparation Leader is a key position within our organization, responsible for overseeing and transforming our vehicle preparation facility into a model of operational excellence. This role will focus on driving operational efficiency, implementing structured processes, and leveraging data-driven strategies to support the company's long-term growth and objectives.
Responsibilities- Oversee and enhance vehicle preparation operations to improve efficiency and organization.
- Implement lean management principles and process improvements.
- Drive a disciplined, data-driven approach to optimizing operational workflows.
- Increase preparation capacity by at least 10-15% in the first 6-12 months.
- Collaborate with leadership to set and achieve long-term efficiency goals, with potential to double capacity over time.
- Identify and eliminate bottlenecks to increase vehicle preparation capacity.
- Develop KPIs and reporting mechanisms to track performance.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Lead and mentor teams, instilling rigor and structure in day-to-day operations.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the Head of HR and Founder/Owner.
- Occasionally visit nearby sales stores as needed.
- Business degree and Lean certification.
- Experience in lean manufacturing or automotive operations.
