What You\βll Be Doing:
As our HR Coordinator, you\βll be the go-to support for our HR Business Partners and Line Managers-helping to keep everything running smoothly across recruitment, employee relations, and daily HR operations.
You\βll play a vital role in:
- Supporting end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure a smooth and professional experience for candidates and managers.
- Assisting with employee relations matters by preparing documentation and coordinating key meetings.
- Managing HR documentation and records with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ensuring all HR activities are completed efficiently and on time, from new starter paperwork to family leave processes.
- Acting as a reliable point of contact for HR queries and maintaining consistent communication with internal teams.
Who You Are:
- You\βve got experience in HR administration or coordination (hospitality or luxury service is a plus!)
- You\βre warm, approachable, and can handle confidential matters with total professionalism.
- Organisation is your superpower β and you never miss a detail.
- You\βre confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and bonus points if you know your way around HR systems like Fourth.
- Your CIPD qualified or working towards it or looking to achieve it with our support.
Salary: 28,000 per annum plus tronc
Shift Pattern: This position consists of 40 hours per week.
