Are you an experienced Team Leader with a background in regulated manufacturing environments? Do you thrive in fast-paced, hands-on roles where continuous improvement and people leadership are at the heart of what you do? If so, we want to hear from you. We are seeking a Manufacturing Team Leader to join a high-performing operation. In this role, you will oversee production on a 24/7 shift pattern, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency targets are met while leading and motivating your team to perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe working environment by promoting and enforcing Health & Safety practices
  • Drive production performance and ensure delivery against shift targets
  • Apply Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement principles to enhance processes
  • Lead team communications, shift briefings, and visual performance updates
  • Identify and resolve issues affecting quality, productivity, or team morale
  • Coach, mentor, and manage team performance, including appraisals, investigations, and absence management
  • Collaborate with Planning to adjust schedules for maximum efficiency
  • Use SAP systems accurately to ensure operational alignment

What You Will Bring:

  • Minimum 2 years' supervisory/management experience in a regulated manufacturing setting
  • Proven leadership capability with a strong focus on Health & Safety and performance improvement
  • Comfortable working rotating shift patterns to support 24/7 operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Desirable:

  • Experience with SAP systems
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement methodologies
