Salary: Up to £57,750 per year (dependant on experience) with a strong benefits package - plus extensive overtime available.
Working Hours: 37-hour basic week, Full Time / Permanent, Flexible / Hybrid options.
Role: To enact the role of Client Representative on site ensuring that the site-based construction activities across Scottish Power- Strategic Projects are efficiently managed in accordance with Scottish Power policies and procedures.
What You Will Be Doing
- Ensure that the Principal Contractor (PC) is pro-active in discharging their duties under the CDM regulations.
- Review and comment on the deliverability of the PC Site Delivery Programmes.
- Ensure the facilitation of regular site safety walks and coordination meetings with all contractors on site.
- Review the suitability of Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
- Support Quality Assurance monitoring across the Strategic Projects.
- Coach and mentor other members of staff as and when required.

- IT skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
