We’re working on behalf of a prestigious bespoke furniture brand to find an exceptional individual to join their global sales team. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone with proven experience selling to ultra-high net worth (UHNW) clients across the marine, residential, and aviation sectors. With nearly four decades of craftsmanship and innovation behind them, this brand is known for pushing boundaries—combining traditional hand skills with cutting-edge technologies to deliver one-of-a-kind luxury furniture. What You’ll Be Doing
- Identifying and converting new UHNW clients through strategic market research and your personal network
- Building and nurturing relationships with family offices, wealth advisors, and key decision-makers
- Attending high-end events and private functions to represent the brand and uncover new project opportunities
- Collaborating closely with in-house teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of bespoke pieces
- Managing project contracts and client documentation in collaboration with leadership
- Providing after-sales service and staying connected with clients to encourage future business
- Sharing valuable market insights to inform design and product development
- Occasionally assisting with the handover and delivery of finished furniture to clients
Who We’re Looking For
- A background in luxury sales—ideally with experience in the yacht, private aviation, or high-end property markets
- Demonstrated success in winning high-value projects and exceeding ambitious sales targets
- Strong understanding of technical product details and the ability to have informed, credible conversations with UHNW clients
- A well-established network of relevant contacts, including family offices and private advisors
