2x Project Managers – Outside IR35 – Reading & Southwest We\’re looking for two experienced Project Managers to lead and drive priority internal projects across Reading and the Southwest. These are output-focused contracts requiring hands-on leadership, strong NEC4 knowledge, and the ability to coach in-house teams in commercially complex environments. Key Responsibilities: * Lead delivery of front-runner internal projects * Coach and support internal project teams * Navigate NEC4 contract frameworks and manage associated challenges * Ensure commercial outcomes are achieved, including some capital works * Support product development integration into project delivery * Travel between Aldermaston, Bristol, and South Wales sites as required Skills & Experience: * Proven project management experience in high-stakes environments * Strong understanding of NEC4 contracts – aware of pitfalls and challenges * Self-motivated and able to work independently * Commercially proficient with experience in capital project delivery * Skilled at coaching and influencing internal teams * Background in product development or technically complex project domains * DV clearance is required This is a unique opportunity to shape high-impact projects in a sensitive and evolving environment.
