Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Planning Assistant located in Crosby, Liverpool. The Financial Planning Assistant will support financial planners in creating detailed financial plans, performing administrative tasks, and assisting with client communications. Day-to-day tasks will include data processing, report preparation, document management, and scheduling client meetings. This role requires close collaboration with financial planners to ensure clients receive accurate and timely financial advice.

Responsibilities

The Financial Planning Assistant will:

• Support financial planners in creating detailed financial plans
• Perform administrative tasks and assist with client communications
• Process data, prepare reports, manage documents, and schedule client meetings
• Collaborate closely with financial planners to ensure accurate and timely financial advice

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills
• Experience in Administrative Assistance
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Bachelor\\\’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
• Experience in the financial industry is a plus
• Proficiency with financial planning software and tools
