The Company
Our client is an established organisation within the services sector with operations throughout the UK. With 160+ employees, there is a great need to hire a Head of HR to manage and drive positive change throughout the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all employee relations for the UK business.
- Support with organisational restructure, recruitment, performance management and appraisals.
- Manage and develop L&D across the UK business.
- Develop and implement a forward-thinking people strategy, covering talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Create HR processes across all functions within the business.
- Drive HR operational process changes as the business develops.
- Champion an inclusive, positive workplace culture that supports growth and well-being.
- Oversee HR compliance.
- Partner with senior leadership to embed best practices and ensure consistency across all sites.
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in HR or People leadership in an SME / 50-300 employee head count.
- Experience implementing HR processes across a growing organisation.
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance.
- Passionate about building a people-first workplace, with a proactive and approachable leadership style.
- A skilled communicator who can collaborate effectively and adapt to a non-corporate, creative setting.
