The Resident Services Manager should endeavor to provide excellent customer service to residents, prospective residents, guests, and vendors. Resident Services Managers are the face of the property and promote a sense of community. They work directly with property managers and team members to ensure a high-quality experience for residents.
Essential Job Duties
- Provide an open and welcoming environment to promote resident retention.
- Acquire broad knowledge of the community and surrounding area.
- Maintain logs of resident issues and services provided.
- Assist residents with lease violations under the supervision of the Property Manager.
- Prepare and deliver move-in and renewal gifts.
- Promote community engagement and help develop a strong community identity.
- Coordinate resident events, with a minimum of one per month.
- Manage social media, oversee reputation management, and distribute monthly newsletters.
- Manage the Kingsley platform and address resident concerns within 24 hours.
- Greet, tour, and lease to prospects, responding promptly to inquiries.
- Understand the needs of residents and the property.
- Willingness to work some evenings and weekends, demonstrating patience and respect.
- Manage a complex workload in varied environments.
- Possess strong interpersonal, communication, organization, writing, and computer skills.
