You will be part of a close-knit and energetic team, working on a wide range of building projects across the commercial, residential and education sectors. What you will do
- Use Revit MEP to produce coordinated and accurate technical drawings and models for mechanical, electrical and public health services.
- Work across all RIBA stages, from early concept design through to technical delivery and construction.
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to ensure effective coordination between disciplines.
- Contribute to model development, drawing packages and project documentation.
- Support high-quality design outcomes that are both practical and aligned with the architectural vision.
What you will bring
- A minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role within the building services sector.
- Strong proficiency in Revit MEP, with a good understanding of model setup, drawing production and coordination workflows.
- Familiarity with UK building regulations and how they apply to technical design.
