The Associate Video Producer will be responsible for creating video, animation, and audio content. This role will require enthusiasm, integrity and initiative to shoot and edit for video, motion and audio content, as standalone pieces, content series and as part of marketing campaigns. Working closely with the Creative Director and The 199 partner engagement team, they will be responsible for shooting, coordinating and producing in-person projects in our London studios.
Responsibilities and Impact:
- In collaboration with the Creative Director and the Partner Engagement teams, plan, shoot and edit customer-focused video, motion, and podcast content that aligns with business objectives.
- Create high-quality video, audio, motion and animations, quickly iterating based on feedback.
- Skilled in creating optimized video, motion, and audio content for social media to maximize engagement.
- Uphold standards for preproduction, in-studio, on-location, and post-production.
- Up to date with industry trends, technology, and best practices in video, broadcast TV, audio, and production.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, either in-house or with a creative or production company.
- Must provide a recent portfolio showcasing exceptional work and expertise.
- Proficient in video production, including camerawork, lighting, audio, editing, and motion graphics for both pre-recorded and live content.
- Proficient with After Effects, Premiere Pro, and industry-standard video, audio, and podcast editing tools.
- Personable, professional and collaborative, with good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
