Our Birmingham Building Consultancy team is a key part of a vibrant multi-disciplined LSH office. We have a wide range of clients including high net worth individuals to blue chip FTSE listed companies. We provide expert advice on the full spectrum of building surveying services including, pre-acquisition advice, dilapidations, reinstatement cost assessments, defect advice, together with contract administration, employer’s agent and project management services.

A sample of services to be provided and experience will come in many forms, including:
- The preparation and service of dilapidations claims for landlords
- Providing strategic dilapidations and exit strategy advice to occupants
- Design and contract administration from small repair and maintenance projects to employers agents and project management of projects in excess of one million pounds
- Monitoring developments on behalf of financial institutions
If successful, the role will see you working within our thriving Building Consultancy team, alongside the Director for our Birmingham office. It will give you the opportunity to work on a number of key commercial real estate projects the business is assigned to along with the personal development opportunities that come from working closely with our Head of Building Consultancy.
Lambert Smith Hampton would also welcome applications from Building Surveyors who are currently engaged in their journey towards chartered status, that we would provide help and guidance for along the way. You will also get the chance to work with a vast array of different clients ranging from property developers and investors to large corporate businesses giving you a variety of interesting and exciting experiences.
